As the Founder, Managing Director & CEO of IndiPro Global Services, Dipender leads the firm's Right-Sourcing Strategic Advisory, Business Transformation, Digital Enablement, and Global Delivery practices. His expertise spans strategic advisory, operational leadership, commercial management, and large-scale transformation programs across North America, Europe, ANZ, the Middle East, Africa, and India.

A significant portion of his career has been dedicated to the U.S. mortgage and financial services ecosystem, where he has worked extensively across mortgage origination, fulfillment, underwriting support, servicing, compliance, and technology transformation initiatives. He has advised clients on building scalable operating models, optimizing delivery structures, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.

Dipender has also led multiple digital transformation, intelligent automation, and GenAI initiatives within mortgage and financial services environments — encompassing solution design, go-to-market strategy, process modernization, and the implementation of technology-led transformation programs across distributed global delivery models.

In addition to enterprise advisory, Dipender actively leads Global Real Estate Investment Advisory initiatives across the United States, Dubai, and India — advising investors and stakeholders through structured, advisory-led engagement models, compliance-aligned frameworks, and data-informed investment strategies.

Mike Bakshi is a seasoned operations and domain leader with over 20 years of deep expertise across the U.S. end-to-end mortgage loan origination lifecycle. His career spans frontline origination, underwriting, processing, closing, and post-closing functions — having directly originated and closed loans for several leading banks and lending institutions across the United States.

He brings practitioner-level insight into how mortgage businesses truly operate — combining regulatory understanding, operational precision, and customer experience excellence. This hands-on domain mastery enables him to design and run highly effective delivery models for BFS clients, grounded in real-world outcomes rather than theoretical frameworks.

As Chief Operating Officer at IndiPro Global Services, Mike leads the firm's Global Delivery Operations for the BFS vertical, overseeing service excellence, operational governance, client success, and scalable execution across distributed teams. His leadership is characterized by strong accountability, disciplined execution, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
